1. Warm up

Impurities come from marking paint, chalk, etc. The sulfur content of fuel should be very low. For example, the impurity content of liquefied gas and natural gas will be less than 0.1%, the sulfur content of city gas should be less than 0.25 grams per cubic meter, and the content of petroleum gas will be less than 0.25 grams per cubic meter. Sulphur content below 0.5 percent is the best effect.


2. Grinding

The oxide near the weld of the cost-effective Alloy 718 alloy is more difficult to handle than the stainless steel, so at this time it is necessary to use a fine abrasive belt for grinding, before pickling in a mixed acid of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, Also use sandpaper to remove oxides or use a salt bath for reasonable pretreatment.


3. Machining

Machining of reliable Alloy 718 must be carried out after solution treatment, and all aspects must be considered, especially the work hardening of the material, but it is very important that Alloy 718 is more suitable for low surface cutting.
